These brilliantly dynamic clients, based in Sarasota, bought this notable 1852 grande dame adjacent to Forsyth Park as a respite from their hectic daily lives in the Tampa Bay area. Great aficionados of the city and of its inimitable style, they looked forward to a gentle transformation of the previous ultra-contemporary, minimalistic "look"  to one in keeping more with the maximalism of a more modern federal-style.
